The factory has a 20,000 square meters land, subdivided, with a Real Estate General Registry (RGI). The
factory building is 200 square meters and has a complete line for filling 20L jugs with a production
capacity of 800 gallons per hour. The machinery includes a rotary filler with 12 nozzles, a 25m conveyor
belt, inspection viewer, shrink tunnel, automatic capper, high-pressure sanitizing unit, internal jug
scrubber, germicidal chamber, date coder, and a 72,000L stainless steel reservoir. There`s also an ozone
house and two carts for moving 200-gallon each. All equipment in the factory is made of 304 stainless
steel, complying with water filling regulations. Additionally, there is a complete line for filling 5-liter
disposable jugs with a 10m conveyor, rinse for jug cleaning, germicidal chamber, 6-nozzle filler, automatic
capper, screw capper, and date coder. The factory includes a cafeteria with male and female restrooms, as
well as a 100m² office.
